Hi! My name is Athina, I'm the creator and host of 'Let's Talk Disability'. My disabilities are Autism and Dyspraxia. 

Growing up in a neurotypical world, I always found it hard to navigate my differences and felt a little lost amongst my peers. 

My aim for my podcast and social media presence is to bring a familiarity to people such as myself whilst also spreading a message to many who may not be aware or want to educate themselves.
